My new bowl - love it. I have the large one in white. It is a very thin delicate bowl with a twist. The teeth or tentacles or spikes - whatever you would like to call them - grimace at you saying delicate ? As if.

How lovely and original, hinting at sea-life.
Sheila, Darina's book is pretty comprehensive: all kinds of things, cheese, eggs, poultry, meat, etc. the old-fashioned way. A chapter on cakes too, and bread. It's a good, entertaining cookbook, very inspirational.
